Underground
IMI is fortunate to have as a part of our network
unique vital records storage solutions available underground.
Underground locations provide the security and constant environment not available in surface level structures.
Facilities typically maintain temperature naturally at 68 degrees F, with relative humidity between 40% and 50%.
All conditions are monitored and recorded. Vaults can be dehumidified to any ANSI specification, should the
client request. Services are provided to customers in a traditional "fee for service" arrangement.
With the proliferation of third party air transportation and overnight delivery, the distance of our vaults is
transparent to our users.
From transportation, environmental storage,
handling, processing, retrievals, re-files, copying and destruction, we can custom build your offsite vital records
storage program.
Local to Your Market
IMI affiliates offer a number of other localized Vital Records solutions. We can offer both Environmental/Climate Controlled Vaults for
