IMI has partners that have developed, and continue
to develop, custom records management/document
management software solutions as needed by our customers. For example, we have developed a Desktop level,
Microsoft Access based, Container and File folder tracking software product with a number of valuable features.
Not marketed specifically by any other major distributor, this package offers an attractive mid-level solution for
businesses that have not made the investment in more powerful proprietary software
products.
A number of similar solutions, using templates in Microsoft Excel for data entry as an example, are used by many
IMI affiliated clients on an as needed basis.
IMI also can build unique and custom solutions on top of our commercial
record center application,
O'Neil Software's RS-SQL. O'Neil provides
IMI with the business rules (called API's) that allows
IMI's programming group to create custom
applications (that run on top of RS-SQL) while still following the system's stringent guidelines for maximizing
accuracy and database integrity.
